Our product line of well over 100 different products now range from simple or complex hinges, operators & multi-point patio door locking handles, to the sophistication of remote-controlled, motorized operators for windows and skylights. Selling directly to such major window manufactures as Marvin Windows, Andersen, Jeld-Wen, Pella & Ply Gem, Truth Hardware has built an unequaled reputation for quality and service that have made us the dominate manufacturer in our industry.
Truth Hardware is also an engineering solutions specialist, leading the industry in the design of new operating hardware for windows, patio doors & skylights.
Who We Are
Truth Hardware is proud of what it has accomplished in the 60+ years that it has been supplying hardware to the window & door industry. Not only are we proud of our products, but we are equally as proud of the people, plants & programs that make up the Truth Hardware Corporation.
Employing approximately 650 people throughout North America, Truth Hardware has a very dedicated, enthusiastic workforce that is driven towards the common goals of quality & customer service. Whether it be in Production, Tool & Die, Engineering, Accounting, Sales, or any of the number of various departments that make up Truth Hardware, you will find highly skilled employees all working towards the same goals - quality and customer service.
Truth Hardware has made a strong commitment towards working with school systems, at every level, in helping to educate and train individuals as to the opportunities available in a manufacturing environment. For example, Design & Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Die Makers, Maintenance & Quality Technicians, just to name a few.
As a strong supporter of our community, Truth Hardware is a major contributor to the United Way, as well as many other community interests through their own Contributions Committee. These donations, as well as the many steps that Truth Hardware takes in the form of environmental & safety issues, help to strengthen our role as one of the prominent corporate citizens in our community.
Our Focus On Quality
As further evidence of our role as the recognized leader in our industry, Truth Hardware has a Quality Management System registered to ISO 9001:2008. Truth Hardware was the first in our industry to achieve registration to ISO 9001 (original registration in 1994).
ISO 9001 was developed by the International Standards Organization and requires compliance with standards for management, administration, product development and manufacturing. As the criteria of ISO 9001:2008 are comprehensive and demanding, it results in benefits for customers, especially in service and international trade.
With ISO 9001:2008, the focus remains clearly where it should be - on customer needs. The objective of every Truth Hardware employee is to maintain the highest level of service attainable.
The certificate of registration confirms that Truth Hardware has adopted and maintains a written system of documentation for processes ranging from suppliers and customers, to inspection, handling and training. These systems are designed to achieve, maintain, and improve overall organizational performance and capabilities. Registration requires periodic internal and external audits ensuring that all aspects of work affecting quality are controlled and effectively monitored. Truth Hardware is very committed to quality at every level of our work. Whether it is for internal or external customers, we realize the importance of accurate documentation, procedures and continual improvement which is apparent by our registration to this internationally recognized standard.
